what do think should happen to houses where heinous crimes were committed?

Homes in which there was a murder are greatly reduced in value and difficult to sell. State laws vary on what kind of information needs to be disclosed before sale, but contracts have been rendered void due to the failure on the part of the seller to notify the buyer that a su!cide or murder occurred n the home.

Of course, it’s up to the homeowner what they would like to do with it, and nobody has a voice in it, but if the house has been taken by the state, it’s probably in their best interest to just demolish it and sell the land, instead.

I believe they should just be re-modeled and re-sold. I bet a lot of houses have had deaths occur in them both natural and un-natural, sh!t happens, that’s life. Just tear up the blood soaked carpets and put down new ones. :D If someone wants to know the history of their home I believe they should be able to find out, but I disagree with the laws on having to notify them, then again I dont believe in ghosts soooo, aha.
