Why does my hand hurt after taking slap shots in my basement?!!!

  lol, how could they not know what it is? (: It should have gone away by now cause i just noticed that it says you asked it 24 days ago.. My first time taking a slap shot i messed it all up and my hand hurt so badd! It took forever but the pain finally went away.I play hockey too :D

  Prolly cuz u havnt done it in a while? seems like i throw my arm out some every spring throwin the baseball super hard after havin too much time off
