Why does my hamster spend all its time on his wheel?

Try taking the wheel out for a little while and see what he does. If he has a nice big cage with a bed and everything I would think that he would explore it a little at the very least. Hamsters spend most of their time on their wheels but I’ve not had one that is as obsessed as your little guy is. lol

I put some fluff in his cage cause i thought maybe that would get him to sleep outside of his wheel…. but he just took some of the fluff into his wheel to sleep….

Sounds like his wheel is his comfort zone lol XD As long as he stays healthy and everything don’t worry too much lol
