I GOT a lot CUT OFF MY HAIR ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO and I went on fun advice and asked the same question basically with hair and nails there is nothing that I have taken that can rapidly change your hair length because it is genetic though<< any vitamin for hair skin and nails , will hair strong and healthy and I have heard boost the growth of hair

I have really long hair. And people ask me how I got it. Honestly, I just wear my hair in a pony tail most of the times than in about a month, I let it go and its longer.
