Hair dye gone wrong, really need help!
I tried dyeing my hair a dark auburn, but the top of my head is red. When I mean red, I mean red. The very ends of my hair are a very dark brownish colour, then going up my hair it gets lighter and lighter until the top of my hair which is red. My question is, is what the hell do I dye it now? Im seeing my ex tonight and I need to redye my hair to a dark brown or something, but I dont know if dark brown ends and red hair mix well with brown hair dye? Will anything go wrong? Will it turn worse? Pleaseee help
thanks everyone I ended up re-washing my hair and then went and got my friends to redye it. it looks WAY better then before
yeah try to wash it again I think the best thing would be going to the hairdressers and asking for some advice. good luck ;)
this kinda happened to me I tried to highlight it then it turned blonde and I didnt like it then when I tried to dye it back it got orange but alls you do is just die your hair dark brown leave it in for about 15 minutes more than it says then you see your results it works =]
Go to a salon and see what they could do. That would be your best bet. or just wash it. There’s probably some color that you could use with the red to make it brown too…but I’m not too good with colours.♥
well..if your going to re dye it…make sure the dye is darker than the color it is now…and when you put the dye in your hair, put a lot on your roots and the part that is the lightest.leave it for about 3-5 minutes and then color the rest of the hair. this will tone the top down and it should come out even =]
