Your not too young as long as you don’t keep doing it over and over because then you’ll wreck your hair - you just need to know how often its okay to dye your hair and such.

you arent too young, but once you start bleaching and coloring your hair..you continue to do it, and that usually dries your hair out and damages it quite a bit. If you do decide to do it..just make sure you take really good care of it and deep condition it weekly so that it doesnt end up looking like straw.

your age doesnt matter. I’ve died my hair since I was 12 but yes then you become a slave of your hair because you have to paint it every month and bla bla bla… but go for personaly I love to die my hair!!!
