How to fix my hair and red face after gym?

Ok so I was in gym the other day and when I walked into the locker room, I was BRIGHT red, my makeup was half-way down my face, and my hair was sweating and disgusting. Im going to wear way less or no makeup from now on but any ideas for my hair (which I already put in a pony tail) or my red face? I’d rather not look totally gross.

get translucent face powder to make your fale a little more normal colored and kind of get sweat off. where a darker lip color or something so your face is not as dark. Also wear shirts that make you paler

thanks but I like gym and im not that wimpy lolz. much love tho.

its not a skin issue so lotion wouldnt do anything. its red like when you get embarrassed, blush. its under the skin, my face gets REALLY warm. it looks like im SUPER embarrassed.

I find that in gym, you should wear a head band and your hair up to heep form getting your hair all gross, and as for the red face, ou can’t help it. It’s just from over heating so that basically happens to everyone. Bring a few make up whipes to school, and before gym class, take all the make up off and after gym re-apply it. Good luck

I just splash cold water on my face and it works

Lotion could make it worse. Umm don’t participate in Gym if it really makes you that upset? like I just stand around and let the ball hit me xD
