Should I ask my ex's best friend out?

okay,here’s the deal, I like my ex boyfriends bestfriend. Lets call this guy Brian.Well Brain’s friends tell me Brian likes me, and I most certainly like him, but the thing is he has not asked me out yet.He was going to, or was thinking about it, but thats only what I hear from his friends, and he acts like he likes me, but didn’t ask the question. Should I ask the question or just remain one of the friends? help. : /

You should just go with the flow and wait it out. I am against the girl asking guy thing because then he’ll feel more powerful and wanted and may start acting cocky.

Just be normal..you know hi & bye type of thing until he knows what he wants.. he decides not you..
