Do you think 20 grams is going to make a huge difference when it comes to hair extensions?

I got some 70 g hair extensions and I ordered another set that are either 70 g or 100 g, (I don’t remember, I’ll find out when they get here tonight). 160 g is ideal for my hair, do you think if my second set is only 70 g, (With both sets will be 140), it will be visually noticable to others that they are a little thin? I worded this horrid but oh well.

Answer #1

A little bit, it’ll just be a bit thicker.

Answer #2

Sorry, I meant to put thinner not thicker!

Answer #3

It kind of also matters the quality of the extensions and the thickness of each strand of hair too. 140g is a good amount though. I’ve never worn extensions because my hair is so, so incredibly thick that it would legit take over 300g to even start matching the thickness of the rest, but most people need between 130-170g. 140 sounds like it will be fine. You can always just buy sections if you need a little extra weight. You don’t have to buy the whole head.
