the state of being covered with unclean things.
it’s a style from the 90’s basicly what Nirvana was.
It was a trend in the mid 90’s.. Like Katie said, take Nirvana (Kurt Cobain) for example. It’s long messy hair, flannel shirts, ripped jeans.. kind of sexy to me in an odd way lol
