Of course you can, all boobs have to start at around that size in order to grow anyway.

eat more hormone pumped meat and put on weight ok it’s fairly simple it you increase 10 pounds your boobs will have some of it. so either hope your really skinny so you can add 20 pounds and not be to plump or you ‘ll need method 2 which is play with them alot. truth is the more they are touched and coressed the bigger they will grow. it’s slow but it does work. me playing with my wifes as much as i do had her go from a go from a B cup to a C cup .
