Does The Green Tea Diet REALLY work?

Does The Green Tea Diet REALLY work? Anyone have tips on how to get perfectly flat abs? And I really want to lose 30 Pounds, I’m 5”3 - 5”4 and currently weight 110, any tips? (currently im trying to lose weight by drink water and green tea, and also eating less and being more active.)

If you are currently 5’3” and 110 lbs , and you want a flat stomach start exercising. You do not need to lose weight you need to tone up your muscles. I’m 5’2” and 150 lbs, I need to lose & tone up. ( at least 30 lbs).

A good start is by what you have said more water and more active,I’ve tried drinking green tea which really unless you are drinking at least 6 cups a day you wont get max benefits,its great for cutting down on heart probs,cancer,arthritas etc but how many cups to lose weight I dont know,buy pedometer and by walking 10,0000 steps per day you can expect to lose 1lb every ten days,thats 35 per year!!! for good abs do crunches,leg raisers,the plank etc

if you lost 30 lbs and you are at the height you are, you would be unhealthy. and the 10,000 steps a day only works if you walk less than that a day. if you only average 2,000 steps a day, add 2,000 more to your walk and you will lose weight. if you already walk and average of 10,000 steps a day then add 2,000 to that so you walk 12,000 and you will lose weight.
