Why Is My C*m Not C*m? *Graphic Question*

I have a problem. Please dont delete the question, this is a really big issue for me. Okay, So Ive never had a problem with my before. Everytime I masturbate I have normal cm. The cm you would expect, white, creamy and think. But Everytime I Have Sex, HJ or BJ my cm is like water. First It looks like precum.
