Gossip, does this mean he likes me?

Ok so I was on the phone with my ex best friend & I was telling him thta I hung out w/ his friend he calls brother and he askes me what we did. I said nothing but we did do something I gave him a hand job and he suck my chest and we titty phucked && dats it. (but note I didn’t tell ym ex best friend this cause I didn’t want him to get mad at me or something. So then dats when he said he didn’t kare so I said ok.. But I go to school the next day and his close friend comes up to me and said why did you tell him. I said I didn’t. I said what did he say. He said my ex best friend said I know what you did. But I say he’s second guessing cause if he knew he wud have said what we did. Why is he all in my biz-nezz??? Does that mean he likes me??? I dont know whats up or going on…&& 4 him to have a girlfriend. I’m always on his mind.
