my dads teaching me to golf and now I have this really painful blister on my hand is there some way I can make it heal faster?
Wear a golf glove. It really saves my hands especially if you have the habit of the “death grip” like I do. The death grip is squeezing the heck out of the club.
Play an extreme sport get an extreme injury, let the air get to it.
