What are some things I can do for God's will?

1: Love God more than anything. Put him 1st - check 2: Do not worship any carved images. (ex - cross) - check 3: I never take the Lords name in vein - check 4: sabbath day - check 5: Respect my mommy and daddy - check 6: CHECK 7: adultry - if that means sex before marrage then i have some work to do. I would never cheat though 8: Dont steal - check 9: Dont lie - check(but i have in the past) forgiven. nothin to lie about now 10: no jealousy (check)

The answer will depend on your religion and sect. Assuming you are Christian I’d suggest reading Sermon on the Mount. It sets the highest standard for Christians. One that probably nobody could live up to but something to strive for. It also suggests how to pray, worship, and fast and gives advice for determining who are false prophets.

Angel, the One who can best answer your question is G!d. So the very first way you can fulfill your desire (and Heaven’s) is to address your question to G!d in prayer. Ask quietly, just loudly enough for you (but no one else) to hear, and with a calm confidence that sooner or later an answer will come. Then listen inwardly, deep within your own heart. You can do this as often as you like - now, and throughout your life.

By being you, serving others. Even the little things like smiling to someone, helping others, etc “what you do to the least, you do to me.” God needs us to be his hands. Use them as he would. Show love and mercy to all. Help other people to come to know and love him. The best place to start is in the home. As you have done, thus far.. . Christ made it clear how we serve him and it is to serve others!

First off I would like to say that God doesnt heal our hearts to use us. I believe God heals us because he loves us, then we are free to participate in his world. He does not use us like we are a cog in some wheel. His purpose is fulfilled through us just the same.

 We are  necessary Annie, you and I, to God, but we are not loved because of what we do, we are loved because of who we are. We are his Kids. I love my daughter every single day. Good day, bad day, when she bakes me a cake, or when she gets mad and slams her bedroom door. There is not a time that I love her less or more. My purpose for my daughter is love, that she may love herself enough that she may step into the life that God gave to her at the foundation of the universe. But God's purpose will be fulfilled eventually. He does not need us in that sense. His purpose is love because he is love, and it serves us to do his will, because when we do his will, we are connected to that love. His will for us will always be the same. Love his kids. period.
  there is one more thing that has been on my mind lately. I dont believe there are bad people Annie. I believe there are good people who forget they are good. Some forget longer than others. I think one of the greatest things we can do is help people remember how good they are, and we do that by loving them unconditionally.
