God's plan

do people that murder their children go to heaven

Answer #1

ohh hell naa , it’s their OWN CHILDREN!

Answer #2

I don’t believe in God or heaven, but based on the whole ideal of sin - I highly doubt it.

Oh wait…if they repent, then yes - they go to heaven.

So you could pretty much do anything you want, as long as you ask for forgiveness…pretty convenient, huh?

Answer #3

Its Gods judgement, but murdering someone, no matter who it is, is wrong wrong wrong, your taking away life from someone, but I dont know!

Answer #4

in islam ,, if you kill and died before asking for forgiorgiveness , then you will go to hell but if you ask god for forgivness , god will forgive u

Answer #5

I don’t even get the people who do. They would have to be, because I could never imagine murdering one of my siblings, so it’s not hard to imagine how protective of my children I would be.

Answer #6

Well, considering that every time someone here asks whether or not they will go to hell, and they are told that they could ask for forgiveness and they will go to heaven, then it seems pretty obvious, that I’d point that out.

From everything I’ve read here in numerous questions, there is only one unforgivable sin, and that is to deny God.

So, that means murder is forgivable.

EDIT: Thank you amblessed, for saying it the way I intended :)

Answer #7

The Bible says the only unforgivable sin is blasphemy - so it would that they would be forgiven if they accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior before they die.

Answer #8

kyra112 im muslim and I know my religion ,,

if someone asked god for forgiveness and they were honest regretful and determent not to do it again god will forgive them

Answer #9

This is a question on which religious people could waste a lot of energy on…

Murdering children is an appalling act. The religious notion of Heaven plays no part at all within the processes of prevention, sanctions, care, public recourses, legislation, etc.

Answer #10

I don’t believe in my eyes, it is unforgiveable, unless it was abortion, I have different views on that. But murdering your child, that is alive it is an awful thing to do.

Answer #11

Hmm so what if a person is crazy and doesnt know what they’re doing? is it stll unforgivable? surely you cant hold the same standards?

Answer #12

“But the way ichibanarky said her view was truley a smarta$$ remark, and its not like I can murder my kid and tell god “oops my bad im sorry” and be forgiven, and according to ichibanarky thats how it goes.”

That’s pretty much the way it’s always been explained, and one sure reason why I don’t believe in God.

I’ve said my piece, you’ve said yours, now let it go and stop singling me out - I’m getting annoyed.
