My one friend who has a very rare B+ blood type once gave blood and there was still drugs in her system…so maybe it was a once off case over here. But they didn’t test for drugs…she says that they haven’t ever.
I guess it depends on where you are. Here in Canada it would be a no. Your blood has to be clean before they take it.

as far as I am aware (I.e. what they do in my country)
they don’t test for drugs, they only test for low iron and then obviously your normal other tests such as HIV etc.
