Without actually seeing the scars or feeling her butt and feeling the implant, you can't. They are very natural and real looking and a lot harder to know than breast implants are. Also, women have all types of products these days to help lift the butt and make it appear larger that she can wear under her clothes...so you never know.

usually those procedures, they get the implant and stick it through the butt hole so theirs no scars.
