How can I actually get the energy to exercise?

Every time I say i’m gonna exercise i don’t because i just don’t have the energy. I always feel worn down. I want to lose weight so i can look good in a bathing suit this summer when i go to Florida. What can i do to get more energy so i can start doing exercises? Oh and what are some great exercises i could do that will help me lose a lot of weight? I don’t want to try any diet pills or plans cause they don’t work. So if you can please help me Thank You

Try eating alot of fruits and vegtables. Many fruits have things in them that give you natural, healthy energy. Energy drinks also work. The only one I have found that actually gives you energy is Rockstar Juiced. (its the one in the orange can) In my opinion, it is the best tasting energy drink. Its 70% juice so its also healthy.

You could write your gaols down on papaer and glance at it once in a while. It could be that you want tlose 10 pounds or more or less. You could also put up a picture of your favourite outfit that you cannt wear because it does’nt fit and that should boost your energy level because your gunna do it till you can wear it but make sure its not too small because you also have to keep in mind the healthy weight for you. Also eat healthy and dont eat till your stomach hurts but till you are satisfied. Eat smaller puportions of junk and fattier foods like some meats but eat enough. Dont eat under or over and drink lots of water every single day.
