Getting slim

I need to get a lot slimmer I have hated the way I look since I was in yr 5 and I want it to stop. I try diets and all that but I find it hard to stick to. The longest I have gone is 3 months eating and excersising well but it was my sisters birthday and she told me to have some junk at her party for that 1 occasion but it lead on my eating habbits! Can anyone tell me if they know any one or have themselves eaten a certain way or used any certain fitness dvds/ fittness routines that has actually worked because I am sick of it all [ and bear in mind im 14 and cant use stuff like diet pill and the pink patch ]

The best way is to stay active, it can be little things, walk or ride a bike to school. Walk around the mall more (you don’t have to buy anything, just trying on new clothes can be fun). When you walk you burn a higher percentage of fat than you do in any other exercise. You could get a part time job walking dogs.
