getting skinny...

I’ve been completely obsessed with losing weight lately…it’s like I think about it and when it comes down to it…I just back track. gosh I hate it! I’ve tried a few things does anyone have some good tips I wanna lose like 40 more pounds.

playing dance dance revolution for 30-40 minutes a day is a good calorie-burner , drink at least 4 glasses of water a day , if you feel in the mood for something sweet , try choclate covered pretzels , and when you want soda , opt for diet or mix crystal light on the go in a water bottle or glass of water for a sweet drink , try to find a sport you really like , volleyball , softball , running , walking , etc. , and try doing it at least 30 minutes a day , I hope I help ! - kaytee .
