Is it weird not wanting to get married, have kids and settle down? I just find watching yourself get old in this sense very depressing if not boring.
No not at all. More and more people settle down later in life, people marry and have children later now. I guess most people want to live first and then settle later. Some the other way round. It's just preference, personally I do not want to settle down until I'm about 30.
yes, I can imagine why getting old is depressing. You just got to make the most of now. You only live once :)
It's not weird. Family life is not for everyone. That does not mean that you won't find someone you love or want to start a family later on down the road though. You would be suprised what happens when you fall in love with someone and how your ideas change. I never wanted to have children or get married. I found the love of my life and now I'm engaged with a 7 month old.
