life getting me down

Life it just getting really boring for me like really boring, doing the same old, same old, day in, day out and its really depressing me, people who I love like lots are really starting to get on my nerve’s and its weird how its happening, I’ve grown up pretty fast I’ve well brought my little sister up, looking after her and stuff, but I really hate her and my mum soo much its unreal. and my dad which I’ve never had a problem with has started to really do my head in aswell which is weird im like starting to hate myself aswell, but im a really vain person tbh, but I’ve started looking at myself and thinking what a mess and feeling sick to the stomach and im also thinking im obest again and its getting too much and im just sick of the town I live in because its the same and sick of the people I hang around with cause its the same. I spoke to my uncle about it and he said its something a 30 year old would be saying like a mid life crisis. I feel like if I dont get away im going to kill myself or somthing.

Sounds sort of like me. Do something different. Pay attention to something that you may not have paid much attention to before. Like, maybe local politics. That’ll be something that gets on your nerves so much you won’t be able to even compare it to what you’re complaining about now. Some of it is probably hormones; just don’t kill yourself.

Hang in there. Times are going to be getting better. Talk with a counselor or a minister. Get involved by helping others and you won’t have time to dwell on your own struggles as much and after helping others…you will get stronger. Also look to God, as he is your only true answer to depression.

sounds like you are in need of a VACATION.

for the most part life is what we make of it, if you are getting bored- find something interesting to do- go to the library and research art projects, look around for places you can help out by volunteering and helping others, FIND A HOBBY that you can devote your time to- the world is full of INTERESTING things to do, and sometimes the discovery of something can be fun and rewarding as well.

channel the energy you are now using to be bored and to bring yourself down- use that energy to make yourself feel better and actually accomplish something. once you get interested in something new - you will find the negative emotions will almost disappear.

sounds to me that you need a distraction. find a job, go to some swimmin lessons help people in tutoring do stuff to get your mind off all those things. go watch a movie ect. take a vacation maybe like the guy above me said its just hormones kickin in and messin with your head love.
