  I'm not as social as you are and I definately don't interact with the websites you've suggested, but I guess I'd suggest joining YouTube. You can comment on videos how ever way you like, you can watch as many videos as you'd like, you can make friends easily...or you could play and MMORPG...there's an excuse :)

  go to bored.com, it's a site designed to cure boredom, lol. but yes I agree that you should get outside and maybe go for a walk or something.

  Instead of being online all the time,why not go outside hang out with some friends and do some constructive activities.
