Get to size 3

Ok so im 5’8 125-130 pds and size 5-8 im trying to get to like 115-118 and size 3 everything or less. What is the easiest way to do this in about a month or less. I’ve been thinking about going on a liquid fast for about a week and then comming back with raw food…all raw food for like 4 days then eating a healthy diet…will this work? If so it will be easy…tips from girls who know would be awesome. Thx

well, I think that if you are already on raw foods, maybe if you limit your nuts/dried fruits intake and just eat mainly fruits and veggies for the time beign but add excersise, that should do the trick. running for about an hour at a pace that keeps you sweating (treadmill works miracles) will definitly get you down to your goal weight on a raw food diet… make sure you are sweating a lot though. you will need to be drinking more water too to replenish from all the water you will be sweating out. I know for a fact that this will work, because I am 5’9 and when I was eating raw foods and doing this, I was a size three. the fast might work, but I would keep in mind that usually any type of fasts will eventually lead you to binge and perhaps sabatoge the work you put into fasting. however if you know you have the will power, make sure it is a liquid fast that is nourishing and dont keep it going for too long. but my recommendation is that you just add excersise if you havent already. running is addicting once you feel the benefits of it and it reduces cravings that will help you stay on track longer. it burns fat really fast if you go long at a steady pace…seriously, you will start to see the fat melt after only a few days if you keep a good diet (guaranteed on a treadmill atleast!).

good luck! oh and I am here if you need encouragement or help because I am aiming towards the same goal! my treadmill broke and ever since then I gained 30 lbs! yikes! I feel horible, but I am starting turbo jam this week so we will see. my goal weight is the same as yours and I am planing on returning to vegan raw foodism as well. thanks for the inspiration too!

cheers!

well, I think that if you are already on raw foods, maybe if you limit your nuts/dried fruits intake and just eat mainly fruits and veggies for the time being but add excersise, that should do the trick. running for about an hour to hour and a half at a pace that keeps you sweating moderately(treadmill works miracles) will definitly get you down to your goal weight on a raw food diet… make sure you are sweating a lot though. you will need to be drinking more water too to replenish from all the water you will be sweating out. I know for a fact that this will work, because I am 5’9 and when I was eating raw foods and doing this, I was a size three. the fast might work, but I would keep in mind that usually any type of fasts will eventually lead you to binge and perhaps sabatoge the work you put into fasting. however if you know you have the will power, make sure it is a liquid fast that is nourishing and dont keep it going for too long. but my recommendation is that you just add excersise if you havent already. running is addicting once you feel the benefits of it and it reduces cravings that will help you stay on track longer. it burns fat really fast if you go long at a steady pace…seriously, running on the treadmill every day for a long time will melt fat so fast you will see yourself thinner in a matter of days. also it will help release toxins which means your body will release waste…waste=weight.

good luck!

p.s. just to give you a heads up, if you plan on running, you may gain weight, but will definitely LOSE INCHES because you will be gaining muscle. muscle takes up less space than fat. I have weighed 130 and fit loose in a size 3 because the majority of my body was muscle and little fat.

hey, you are going to be under the weight for your height actually I’m 5 ft and my weight for my height is 100-110 and im 130 right now… so im over for my heigh and you are gonan be under for urs if you go to 115… drinks lot of water, eat a lot of fiber to crave your hunger, veggies, brown rice and work out cardio 30-45 min and then free weights or what not..

I think you should stay at the weight you are at now. That sounds really skinny to begin with. I’m 5’6” and I weigh around 160. I’m chubby but I like it and I never get any complaints! :)
