Frostwire going slow..?

my laptop is runnin slow and it keeps frezzin all the tim how can I sort it out

What do you guys perfer better or is better to use : limewire, frostwire, or another kind(and what) ..

The caller ID on my TV is really annoying. How do I make it go away?

I deltd all intetnet shizz that usually build up memory, defraged it, disk cleaned it and ran vrius scans yet it is still slo...
