Friendship trouble

Right I have this friend im going to call her demi and she is like my best friend but theres this girl in my class im going to call kimb we have all the same lessons but when demi is around kimb demi goes all nasty to me but when she is not around kimb shes nice but it dosent just happen around kimb its other people to and whenever we come out of form room and we have to walk to the lessons she always leaves me out of the conversations or when we have to sit in different seats she always goes and sits by kimb but always call me her best friend but our other friend ill call her lizzie she said she used to do that to her to and she still does it? What should I do?

Find new friends? At the very least start expanding your social circle so it doesnt matter whether she’s talking to you when there are other people around… She takes you for granted because you are available, however, has to put up a front when there are other people around in order to look cool. She’s not a very good friend, and she’s certainly not a best friend. Get to know lizzie some more. Start talking to other people, make plans with other people. Once you’ve got other friends, it wont matter whether she’s around or not. I know it is hurtful to lose someone you see as your bestfriend, but you know deep down that she isnt. And it isnt your fault. She’s a selfish, self absorbed person, and you deserve better than that…
