My friend is talking about running away, what to do?

Yeah my friend apparently has a ‘bad’ life. Her parents split, but are still really good friends. They visit each other, every weekend. She complains, that nothing she do is right for anyone in her family. I’ve witnessed this first hand. She stays with her grandmother and father. Her grandmother, went on about a chore she apparently didn’t do a ‘good’ job on. Alexa told me after her grandmother, went into her room that she felt embarrassed and this is what usually goes on.

Her life really isn’t bad at all, she’s taken care of, she doesn’t get abused. Her grandmother and father are a bit like mine. They just want her to make the right decisions, and keep her in line. Sometimes that means annoying the mess out of you, about a chore you didn’t exactly do correctly.

She used to cut, smoke mota, and drink. She was hanging out with ‘friends’ one day, btw this is before I knew her. They locked in her a basement until she agreed to smoke with them. That’s how she started smoking, she quit just recently, four months nearly she’s been sober of both smoking and drinking. She hasn’t cut in awhile, I don’t know how long but yeah. She molested twice, but nearly raped once. The guy let her go, after seeing her cry I guess. :p

That part of her life, is the worse part. But nothing extreme has happened to her lately. She keeps talking about ‘running away’ or ‘going to sleep and hoping she doesn’t wake’. I’m seriously getting fed up, having not a clue of what to do. I’m thinking I should tell my mom, but… I’m not sure.
