How does a fresh graduate student get a job without any experience?

There is always the first time for everything. Those employers might not be that interested in hiring u-experienced people, but they will also understand how fresh graduates are. So just dare yourself to apply for those vacant position. Show them what you’ve got at anytime you are given a chance. Good Luck! :-D

You start now, volunteering or interning for free. To date I have never interviewed for a job. People have just offered me jobs either through volunteering experience (obviously you have to do a good job, or why would they offer), or just by knowing the type of work I do. Talk to your professors, they’re going to have connections. And just talk to as many people as possible. The number one way people get hired is internally (so basically people working there).

Start looking NOW for a summer internship! If you find one, try to extend it into the following school year on a part time basis.

Keep track of all the contacts you make while you’re looking, even the ones that don’t pan out. After you graduate, you can go back to them and they will remember you.
