I don't think there is any of spesific food that makes parts of our body get bigger. Basically fatty food, or regular food but in big amount will make us fat. It is exercise that shape our body. If you go to gym with a professional trainers, they should know how to build up or lessen special part of our body.
Eating certain foods generally will not increase the size of your butt or thighs unless that is naturally where all your weight goes.
