Food/Weightloss

I weigh 137 ibs and want to drop 14 ibs and a dress size. I’m a UK size 10/12 and am 5ft9. I’m a really fussy eater and am scared to try eating new foods (I don’t know why?) and would like to know how I can do this. I’m more bothered about being UK size 8 but don’t know how much weight I would need to lose to become a size 8. Can anyone help? Thanks

I think there’s generally about a stone difference in weight between dress sizes in UK. The obvious answer is to try eat as much healthy stuff as possible fruits and veg etc, but if changing your diet is a problem then can you not add more exercise in2 your daily routine. Walk or cycle instead of going in a car or buses. Doing more housework actually burns calories lol. Also if you do it little and often it doesnt feel as big a commitment to having to spend an hour or so in a gym.
