What do Fish Oil gelatin pills do? I heard it helps you hair grow but then I heard it helps acne.

Use Biotin, GNC and local herb/vitamin shops sell it. It contains B vitamins that help your hair, skin, and nails grow healthier and faster. A friend of mine had bad acne and it’s gone now. It works, try it. Extensions can really damage your hair, pull some out, and slows down the growth even more.

I take them once in a while but a few times I have burp and it smell like fish. Now I take borage oil pills.

Fish Oil is full of Omega 3’s…Omega’s are good for skin and hair…it won’t necessarily make your hair grow faster, but because your hair is healthier, it won’t break off so much.
