Why do I find my co-worker irritating?

She probably envies you so she thinks she can be better than you…But if she sucks up to the boss, that proves she is probably not as “nice” as she can be.

Remember that you’re being paid for your job, and continue to do the best work that you can. Don’t worry about your coworker, just try to get along and cooperate.

Ignore her and do your job, chances are she wont be working with you forever so keep your head up. Or you can ask your boss to schedual you the opposite days that she works.

Maybe she finds you irritating. Think about it. It’s up to you and her to interact like reasonably in a work enviroment. If she really is pissy, then just don’t react back the same. If she’s a lot rude, talk to your boss. I don’t know what your job is, but no one should have to put up with annoying coworkers.

I hate gossip, she sits and talks to me about EVERYONE, she tells me other peoples personal life, she repeats the same stories to a dozen of people. She sits and sings along to half the songs and I find that sooooo anoying because I find her annoying. She goes on as if the world revolves around her, if she has a problem with a customer then everyone just has to know and if she resolves a query (something we all do since it’s our job) she makes it seem like such a HUGE achievement I mean she did something like 9 months ago and still goes on and on about it. Wow she annoys me and I feel much better now haha.
