Do felons give up their rights to being a heir?

do felons, particularly child molesters, give up their rights to being an heir to their parent’s estate, espcially if they molested one of their siblings? even if the felon is dead?

I don’t think so, but maybe that would be a good law.

Answer #2

A dead person can not inherit anything, and cannot be an heir.
