Do you ever feel worried and sort of depressed for no reason?

lately i feel kind of depressed specialy at night time. but I have a great life ! I love my famili and my friends and I’m really happy but for some reason i get sad sometimes. and like sometimes i feel like im going crazy and i cant explain these weird feelings i get. And then sometimes i just feel like there is something wrong with me for some reason. But theni think why the hell am i always thinking there is somethign wrong with me !!! im so happy and i have a great life and im healthy and i have great friends and family !! And then again specialy at night i feel like somethings wrong. I don’t really know how to explain this it’s hard :/

It’s probably nothing. You’re 15, a teenager :) you’re growing and your hormones are going crazy right now so getting mood swings like that is normal. When you feel sad, or worried, surround yourself with positive things :)

You get it more at night because everything quiets down and is just you and your thoughts. Just do stuff during the day that will get you tired so you get sleepy.

I went through the same thing. just find something to keep you busy, take your mind off it. you’ll be fine just ignore any bad thoughts that come into your head, and talk to someone, it will help

yes. im 15 and im the same way. im also prone to panic/anxiety attacks. its best to learn relaxation deep breathing exercises and use them regularly, along with meditation. also going to the gym or just getting some exercise really helps to relax and sleep better. not to mention herbal tea. if you need more help feel free to message me because I deal with this stuff all the time!

oh and about the night thing I had the SAME exact thing for the longest time. dont feel selfish or silly about your feelings just because you have a great life. it has nothing to do with panic attacks and anxiety, it has to do with hormones and deeper rooted problems. I really hope you feel better.

All the time! I think it happens most when your alone and just thinking about everything, and ofr some reason thinking and picking out the bad things the most, and it upsets you. Expetialy at night. Sometimes i find it happens just because i am PMSing too

I’ve went through the same excact thing at 15, and heck… I’m 20 and still break down for random reasons and reasons that I don’t know. At your age it’s hormones and a part of puberty, as lame as it sounds. It’s the age where you start to feel less like a kid but not yet an adult. Know and accept that you’re growing, but don’t lose the kid in you :)

I’m fifteen too. Yeah I get depressed sometimes for no reason at all. I’ll be doing something fun and then all of a sudden I don’t feel like doing it anymore and I just feel like I wanna curl up in a ball and cry. It sucks sometimes. But as the others said it’s most likely hormones. And our body’s are changing and theres stress from school,drama and whatnot else. I hope this helped! :)

If you really are worried talking to a therapist won’t hurt you can even see your school consuelor. Therapists are safe to go see just to talk because they can’t prescribe you anything they just talk to you and sometimes it is good to have a person to talk with that can give you advice and what not.

Just seemed relevant. Any how, it is a common feeling. But if it happens often or doesn’t go away, or is accompanied by other issues, I’d talk to someone about it.

I hv a better option than al these…….! Its just same wid me i m teling that how i suferd frm these silly thngs! sleepless,fond of listening sad slow music throughout the day especialy at ni8 :{ ummm memory of sm special ones in ur lyf,extra care towards people etc this all hapen wid u just bcoz of being lonely heart! means u need a nice partener whom cn u confs ur feelings and share watevr u want as i did! and thats it! i pray for ur lyf to gliter again :D
