I feel generally good, but yes, you do get very sleepy.
Vicodin should only be taken when you actually have pain that needs to be treated otherwise it is addictive and believe me getting off anything is NOT FUN. But it can make you tired and itchy or just plain out of it.
True that, I was hooked on that stuff for a while.
