Tonsilectomy over, I feel like crap

I just feel like sh!t. The anestisa is making me feel like throwing up whenever I move my body. My throat hurts like a b!tch too. so how long should I wait to take some medicine I was given? Keep in mind I cant open my mouth very wide, or swallow anything. Can someone help me?

The medicine you were given should have come with instructions. I think that when you have them out its good to eat things like ice cream and soft things and then upgrade to toast etc. Can you take some paracetamol??
