What will work out my biceps, triceps and calves?
Does Any1 Know Work Outs with Extreme results That work out you biceps triceps, and calves,
for calves try jumping 500 times with boths legs and 500 more on each leg..kinda like running in place but ur not running but jumping. that helps my calves out also you could try the standing calf raise..kinda self explanatory.. stand on a book tip of your toes and balance yourself lifting ur body up with your toes hold for 5 second and go back to resting position
for your biceps and triceps pull ups are quite essential and the way you grab the bar focuses alot on a certain muscle. for your biceps dumb bell curls help out alot and your triceps push ups are very good but try bringing your arms in together the wider apart they are the less they work on the tricep..they would focus more on the chest
also gyms help you out alot different machines helps out alone on different parts of ur body.
