Oh ahahahahahahahaa. Puke. Depends on the company. Some do grind up chicken parts and you are eating chicken lips. Others use real chicken parts. Read the ingredients label. If it’s a fast food place, it doesnt’ make any difference what they make it from, because somebody’s probably spit on it anyway.
the get some chickens put them into a grinder, and grind them up, then they put batter on them and deep fry them I’ve seen it done:( jk
