Family issues about taking care of their parents

Why do families think that only one member of the family is suppose to take care of their parents? What happen to honor and obey your parents. Is there and one in the world that can easy the stress from the care person? I know some one else in this time is standing in the same boat. I can see this situation if I was the only child, but its 9 other sibling..

Happens over and over - when things get tough, the tough get going…the opposite direction ! - very sad when other siblings feel no debt of gratitude or respect when their parents need them most.

if you’re asking for help in taking care of them, you can call home health agencies.. they can send someone out to take care of your parents while you do other things or spend time on yourself.. they’re licensed professionals.. they do cost quite a bit.. but if your parents have medicaid or medicare it lessens the cost tremendously.. if you’re asking how to get your siblings to help?.. good luck!.. in my family, I’m the one in that spot, and I know I’ll never get an ounce of help from my sisters!
