How fair is it that my brother is getting a new bike and i'm not?

I mean, my brother is turning sixteen soon and got a new bike and gel seat for his birthday, which is still awhile away, and I get the old gel seat. Is this fair? My parents got nothing for me. What do I do?

Answer #1

Tell them that you want better things. Not hand me downs. Tell them that you deserve new things and better things just like your brother. Btw what is a gel seat

Answer #2

Well, if it’s a birthday gift to him, why should you expect anything?

Answer #3

Probably much further than you think it is :-) and ‘just’ out of reach :P

Answer #4

ignore above

Answer #5

I’m not quite sure I understand. If it’s his birthday, there’s nothing wrong with him getting the gift. The fact that you’re getting the old seat is something you should appreciate. If it’s not your birthday, I don’t see why you should be getting something as well?
