Why does my face get pale and my eyes get red when i cry?

Not trying to embarrass you but yeah for most people it does. I remember when I was a lot younger when I cried then I had to go in public I would try to cover my face with my hands or I would pull my hair in front of my face. I knew I looked weird but at the time all I was thinking about was no one seeing my face. But my point is yes it does. For some people there face will get red dots on their face the day after they cry a lot. I have a friend who got upset one day and cried a lot I tried to make her feel better but then the next day I saw her again and she had little red dots on her face ( I did not tell her because I didn’t want to upset her) and I have gotten them before but they go away quickly.

its because your eyes are watering to much and you close them and your blood is leaving your face mine does it nothing to worry about.
