Eye shadow help

So I need help on makeup. Eyeshadow! I only put it on below my crease and everyone else has it above and it looks good but when I try puting it under my brow bone I look like a clown! Anyone have any advise or a link to a good YouTube video for applying and buying non expensive shadow. thanks! Btw I have green eyes and I want then to pop my eyeliner doesn’t do enough so I need good color shadow for me

umm…you might be using a bright color which would be why you look like a clown or a darker color then you should..I use brown but you are supposed to sue two -three shades…I use two a darker one right above my eyelashes and a lighter one above up to the brow..get the whole area though. and mix it in with a small eyeshadow brush. you can put it under the bottom eyelashes to but only on the skin where the lashes cover so a veyr small line..use the dark color on that..almay has a brand they use of four types of shadows, eyeliner, and mascara that are met for a certain eye color…it might help.
