What eye shadow colors would go with my grey eyes?

Well I have naturally honey colored eyes, but I have grey contacts. In some lights they kinda look light blue. I have auburn colored hair that has a little bit if a red tint in the summer. Please help me. Oh and I like to play around with eye liner too.

What would make them stand out is a contrast color, like a brown or smoke color. Brown would look cute and modern with a dark green or purple eyeliner. Smoke would look cute and modern with navy or really really dark red, like a burgundy. I personally like the idea of a bright red, blue, green, or purple eyeshadow, with a matching or contrasting darker eyeliner with grey eyes.

I’ve done some odd colors for myself. Like hot neon pink eyeshadow with blue, green, or purple eyeliner. I’ve also done red with black, green with blue, orange with green, and blue with white. I guess you could say I’m not afraid of making a statement.
