Extreme tightness in chest?

So, I went to the shop today and when I was walking my chest suddenly started to feel tight. I wasn’t tired from the “exercise” it’s just that my chest felt like it could contain less air than it should, if that makes sense. A few minutes later breathing became quite difficult and I got a cold sweat and felt light-headed. When I did running in school I’d always get this weird taste in the back of my mouth; it wasn’t really metallic/ blood but like the stuff I cough up when I have a cold. It tastes like raw fish. I also has this situation (a few times, actually) when my breathing got so bad that I was seriously concerned for my life. I don’t smoke but my parents are smokers (I live with them). Do you think it’s serious? Should I tell the doctor or is it normal?

Definitely not serious, then again I am not you. I always get a weird taste after running but only when I run not any other exercise.

I will say try to not smell the smoke as much as possible. maybe continue getting exercises just as walking and easy things go.

If you feel tight again go to the doctor. i think it was just pressure and maybe anxiety, that was acting upon you telling you, you need to rest or to do it more often.
