Why does my chest hurt when I take my bra off?

Okay, so, everytime I go to take my bra off, when getting changed for bed, my boobs have really been hurting and aching…

I really doubt it’s because I’m wearing too tight-a-bra, I recently changed what size bra I wear from 38D to 38DD… They fit quite snugly in the bra, so, what’s wrong? or, what can I do to releave the pain, that isn’t taking meds… like, massages or anything?

I have the same problem. Im a 40DD, so I can relate. What I think it is…and I could be wrong…Is that they are pretty big, so they need the support of a bra, try getting a bra with a bit more padding then usual, that helped take some of the pain away. But, they still ache a bit when taking my bra off at night, to releave this I (and I know this sounds really weird but, well, it works for me so..) I jsut kinda hold my boobs up and push into my body a bit and squeeze/kinda massage, till it goes away.
