How come expelled students can't be cyber schooled?

my friend wants to be cyber schooled shes expelled from her home school but in a school for expelled kids it says in the enrollment if your expelled from your current school you cannot enroll something like that …. but she been in that school for like I think 3 or 4 years

I think that it depends on the reason why she was expelled, some school, online or not, have their rules on expelled kids. The best thing that she can do is call or contact them trough e-mail or something, and ask about it, and so she can also get some information on where she would be accepted, if they do not accept her there.

I’m not sure what you friend did to get expelled, but some places just have rules like that. They want to have students enrolled in their projects or courses who won’t be an issue. Being schooled online is a privilege, not a right.

I honestly think that your friend needs to buckle down and just deal with going to school regularly. Again, I’m not sure how she got herself expelled, but in most cases people in this situation are at fault to most extents. Perhaps by making better choices she can get into a better position and try again..
