Ex girlfriend trouble

My girlfriend broke up with me like 2 months ago. We broke up a few times before but this time seems more permanent. We act, dress and talk alike. We are both a little akward and shy. She told me she had to break up to feel like herself again after quitting medication for depression. We were best friends and lovers. She told me she doesn’t want me sexually anymore. But I still love her and have feelings for her and want her back. We dated for 2 years, I’m not attracted to anyone else plus she is 10 years younger (I’m 38) (she’s 27) I want her back, I told her that I’d always be there for her, but can’t be friends w/her because of my feelings, WHAT DO I DO?

I think you should just leave her alone and just not talk to her for a while. You should take the time to get over her and then maybe later be friends. Because she IS your bestfriend. No matter what . She has always been there for you. But you have to let go of the lover part of your relationship and that takes time. Over time, everything will be better.
