End of the world on wed.

Guys:

1. this isn’t a religious question
2. selling your religion in response to a scientific question is unacceptable

Or maybe God wants to purge the earth in a symbol of horrendous righteous fury!

Nothing is definite, not even religion or science or philosophy. If God can be interchanged with Fate, then you’ve got me.

The end of the world is when the Sun turns into a Red Giant, or fate decides to lob an asteroid at us. That’s not very soon. Though, the end of the human reign is whenever we feel like ending it, really.

Though it’s intriguing.

The chances are slim to none that we are in any real danger

The governments would not allow something to happen on such a disastrous scale if it can be avoided

Amblessed is right…God is the only one who knows when it’s time for the earth to end. He’d only end us for the right reasons, and he wouldn’t let us die in agony. We’d die quickly and painlessly, and we’d be sent right back to Heaven.

The government wouldn’t allow something as stupid as that…although I don’t agree about time travel, they just wouldn’t allow it. I don’t think Humans need to know when we’re going to die! It should just remain a mystery, or it could ruin everybody’s lives. No one wants to know when we’re going to die, and it should stay that way.
